Zahari Affendi Bin Abdul Kadir

Zahari Affendi Abdul Kadir is Co-Founder. He was born and raised at Felda Sungai Koyan 2, Raub,Pahang Darul Makmur and he graduated Bachelor of Law (Hons) (LL.B) from International Islamic University of Malaysia and he was admitted and enrolled as an Advocates and Solicitor of Malaya on 7th April 2006.

He had acquired a Diploma in Syariah Law and Practice and then completed his Master in Law (LL.M) in UiTM.

He has extensive experiences in Civil, Criminal, and Commercial Litigations, Corporate Laws, Employment and Industrial Laws, Intellectual Property Laws, Banking and Finances, Acquisition Laws, Real Estate Laws, Islamic and Syariah Law including Islamic Banking and Negotiable Instruments. His interest is in Land Matter, Cyber Security Law, Fintech and Information Technology Law.

He has appeared on behalf of local banks, statutory bodies such as the Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF), cooperative societies and local government councils, in addition providing legal advice to state government and several state-linked companies.
